The Moment

Something big is happening to a small group of business owners right now.

And I mean right now.

While most operators are still reading articles about AI, a small circle of owners is already running seven-figure businesses on AI teams that work around the clock, pulling six figures out of email lists they'd written off, and building assets that get more valuable every single month.

They're not smarter than you. They're not richer than you. They're not more technical than you. Most of them can't code a lick. Neither can I.

They just got in the room early. They learned the moves while the moves were still new. They shook the right hands while those hands were still easy to shake.

This August in Dallas, I'm opening that room to you.

Three days. Live. With me and a hand-picked lineup of operators behind more than $1 billion in combined sales. Not to watch. To build.

First

Let's give you some credit.

You've already done the hard part. You built something real. A funnel that converts. Ads that pull. Customers who come back — through one of the toughest stretches this economy has ever thrown at owners.

Do you know how rare that makes you? Most people never build anything. You did.

So this isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. This is about something more exciting:

What happens when a proven operator gets handed the biggest set of tools in business history — before the crowd figures out how to use them?

Your moment is AI. And your moment is now.

The Big Idea

Breakout success is never about working harder.
It's about compounding advantages.

An advantage that pays you once is a tactic. An advantage that pays you more every month is an asset. Three compounding assets — installed live, in three days.

Your AI Workforce
I
$340K
Payroll output added
Advantage No. 1

Your AI Workforce

The team that never sleeps, never quits, and gets smarter every week.

Add the output of a $340K payroll — researcher, copywriter, media buyer, follow-up machine, ops analyst — without a single hire. In Dallas you'll build your first agents by hand. Zero code, zero tech background. Your human team gets freed for the work only humans can do. Every month after Dallas, your AI team gets better while you sleep. That's compounding.

Assets You Own Outright
II
$100–400K
Dormant revenue unlocked
Advantage No. 2

Assets You Own Outright

Turn the list you already have into the paycheck you've been leaving on the table.

Your email list. Your “cold” leads. Your past customers. Most businesses are sitting on $100K–$400K in dormant revenue right now. In Dallas we wake it up — live — with reactivation campaigns you'll launch before you fly home. Then we blueprint a membership that pays you every month, and audience assets that belong to you. Not rented. Not borrowed. Owned. Compounding. Sellable.

Your Leverage Position
III
Exit multiple
Advantage No. 3

Your Leverage Position

Become the operator everyone in your market wants to work with, sell to, or be.

When you can run a business on AI and your competitors can't, every business in your niche becomes more valuable in your hands than in theirs. Acquisition opportunities everywhere you look — great companies, great prices, run by owners who'd love to hand the keys to someone who knows what you're about to know. Buy. Upgrade with AI. Scale. Exit at 5×. Repeat.

Stack three compounding advantages on a business that already works — and growth stops being a grind and starts being gravity.

The Real Secret

Your income will always gravitate toward the level of the room you stand in.

If you ask people who came to my last four sold-out events what changed their business most, they almost never say a session.

They say a person.

The partner they met at lunch. The deal that started in a hallway. The one conversation with someone two steps ahead that saved them a year of trial and error.

Six hundred proven operators. Founders. Agency owners. Ecom brands. Local empire builders. Membership owners. People with real revenue and real generosity — because winners at this level share.

A year from now, when a deal lands in your lap because "someone from Dallas" thought of you first — you'll know exactly what your ticket was really worth.

Three Days · One Blueprint

Fill the castle. Raise the walls.
Prove it holds.

Five acts. Every block ends with something built, fixed or deployed — the revenue engine, the three walls, and the teardowns that stress-test the whole thing before a competitor does.

Act I · Fill the Castle

The Revenue Engine

A moat around an empty castle is worth nothing. First we build the thing worth protecting — the offer, the cash, the margin.

Why This Window Closes

Waiting costs you the whole game.

This isn't a "register before prices go up" trick. This is the actual math of the next three years.

Right now, the moat works because almost nobody is building it yet. The 7-agent company is a freak advantage today. In 2028 it'll be table stakes — and being table stakes doesn't make you any money.

The operators moving in 2026 own the categories. The ones who wait become the case studies in the Business Model Autopsy two years from now, sitting in the audience watching someone else's business get torn apart and quietly realizing it's theirs.

You watched the internet happen and "thought about" building a website. You watched Bitcoin at fifty bucks and let your buddy talk you out of it. You waited for it to feel safe.

It never feels safe. By the time it feels safe, the moat's already dug — by somebody else.

Six Months From Now

You'll be in one of two places.

Place One

Right where you are today.

  • Same blue ocean — except it's filling with sharks.
  • Same payroll. Same rented traffic that costs more every month.
  • Same Friday-payroll knot in your stomach.
  • Watching some operator with half your experience post about the portfolio they just built — and knowing, deep down, you saw this coming and waited.
Place Two

Behind the moat.

  • Out-margining companies ten times your size.
  • Owning assets that compound while everyone else's decay.
  • Running the whole thing from a laptop.
  • Un-catchable. Un-copyable. The operator everybody else is now trying to reverse-engineer.

Same person. Same brain. One decision in between.

Being early
Your Moment

Every generation gets one window. This one is yours.

Television built the last century's household names. The internet built the last two decades' empires. The operators who learn AI in 2026 will spend the next decade being the ones everyone else studies.

The Receipts

The people who came before you.

Real operators. Real numbers. Real people who decided to get in the room early — and are now enjoying the view from ahead.

How the Room Works

We didn’t design a conference. We engineered a network.

The single most valuable thing that happens in Dallas is not on the stage. It’s the person you shake hands with in the coffee line. So we built the room around that.

01

Matched Operator Pods

Before you arrive, you’re placed in a small pod of 8–10 operators at a similar stage in a non-competing niche. Same pod. Every meal. Every lab. Real relationships, not badge scans.

02

Mastermind Dinners

Two curated evenings — 10 operators per table, one topic per table, one moderator who’s already solved it. The dinner most people remember longer than any keynote.

03

The Rolodex Wall

A physical, opt-in board of what every attendee is building, buying, hiring for, or open to partnering on. Most attendees leave with 3–5 warm intros that outlast the event by years.

04

Deal Room Hours

Two moderated windows where operators looking to acquire, invest, JV, or license actually sit down and talk. Real deals get papered here — every year.

05

Live Attendee Directory

In-app directory that opens the day you register and stays open for 12 months after. Filter by industry, stage, geography, or capability. Message directly.

06

Post-Event Cohort

You don’t fly home into silence. Monthly cohort call for 90 days, private chat, and a ‘what did you actually ship?’ accountability rhythm. The compound starts the day after Dallas.

Why Perry built this room
“I met Robert Wang at a trade show in Atlanta in 2000. Standing at the showroom door. He told me only 5% of people have good taste — and he makes millions selling to everybody else. I’d been doing it wrong for 15 years. I went home, changed it, and had my first company on track to do $10 million a year within 30 days. That single hallway conversation was worth more than every book and course I’d bought that decade combined. That’s why I built this.”
Perry Belcher

You leave Dallas with a network you’d spend five years and $250K building on your own.

Honesty Check

This room isn’t for everyone.

We’d rather you self-select out now than sit in a seat that belonged to a builder.

Come to Dallas if…
  • You already run a business, agency, or brand doing real revenue — and the ceiling is you, not the market.
  • You’ve tried ChatGPT, played with agents, and know there’s a real business here — but haven’t operationalized it yet.
  • You’d rather build assets you own than rent audiences from platforms that change the rules every quarter.
  • You want a room of peers ahead of you — not a room of beginners you have to teach.
  • You believe the next 24 months matter more than the last five combined.
Don’t come if…
  • You’re looking for a “get rich with AI” shortcut. This is operator work. Bring your calluses.
  • You’re a coach whose only business is teaching other coaches how to coach. This room will chew you up.
  • You want to sit in the back and take notes. Every lab is hands-on. If you don’t build, you’ll feel out of place.
  • You need someone else to hand you permission before you deploy. The pace of this room is faster than that.
  • You’re fundamentally skeptical that AI changes the game. That’s a fine position — this just isn’t your event.

FAQ

Questions before you book.

Is this just another guru event?

No. There are no upsells from the stage, no back-of-room pitches, no $25K “inner circle” close. Every session is content. If someone tries to sell you something in the hallway, it’s another attendee — and it might be the best deal you do all year.

Who exactly is teaching?

Every faculty member is hand-picked by Perry from operators he personally works with — people running the businesses they teach, not career speakers. The full roster is released monthly leading up to Dallas. No stunt names, no paid speaking slots, no “keynote by whoever bought a sponsorship.”

Will I actually build, or just watch slides?

You build. Nine labs across three days. You walk in with a laptop and leave with agents deployed, campaigns launched, and assets shipped. If you wanted to watch slides, YouTube is free.

How technical is the content?

Zero coding required. Built for operators, not engineers. Perry runs 19 companies on this stack. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can build every single thing in Dallas.

What’s the AI stack you build on?

The current best-in-class consumer stack — ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini for reasoning, plus a no-code agent layer any operator can maintain. We don’t hand you code you can’t edit or a platform you have to rent forever. What you build in Dallas is yours.

What if I’m already deep into AI?

You’ll still leave with three things you didn’t have: the reactivation revenue play, the acquisition-leverage stack, and 500 operators in your phone who are already in motion. The people who need this most usually think they need it least.

What’s included?

Every keynote, every skills session, every build-lab workshop, every live teardown, all networking events, matched pods, mastermind dinners, the deal room, attendee directory, and 90 days of post-event cohort access. Everything.

Should I come for all three days?

Yes. Keynotes set up the play, skills sessions teach the move, build labs install it, teardowns pressure-test it. Each day multiplies the one before. People who skip Day Three consistently regret it most.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes. General includes 12 months of on-demand access. VIPs get lifetime access delivered within 24 hours of the event ending — plus the pre-event masterclasses.

Is my business too small — or too big?

Solo operators and $100M+ founders have sat in the same room. Both left with full notebooks. The floor is: you’re actually running (or seriously building) a business. The ceiling doesn’t exist.

Do you handle travel and hotel?

We hold a limited discounted room block at the Hyatt Regency Dallas — booking link goes out immediately after you register. Everything is under one roof so you’re never more than an elevator ride from the room.

What’s the refund policy?

Attend Day One. If by 5 PM you don’t feel you’ve received 10× your ticket in value, visit the registration desk for a full refund — including nothing to return, no forms, no follow-up email trying to save the sale. We’d rather have your seat go to someone hungrier.

I’m in tech / Silicon Valley — will this feel too “marketing” for me?

Fair question. The room skews operator-heavy: founders, ecom, agencies, real businesses with real P&Ls. If you’re a technical founder tired of watching non-technical operators out-execute you on distribution — this is exactly the room. If you’re looking for a research conference, it isn’t.

Group pricing?

Bringing more than 10? Email contact@growthhackinglive.com — we’ll take care of you.
